The hotel location is great for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They provided basic necessities during our stay, including clean linens and towels.
The hotel falls short in terms of cleanliness, with unsightly stains and unemptied trash cans. The facilities need maintenance and repair.

The staff were really helpful with the questions I had about how to get around in Merida, how to get to Chichen Itza, the location of the bus stop...
The shower was not very clean. When I tried to pay by credit card the staff in the hotel told me that it was not possible because the reader was broken at this moment. I had to pay half of my reservation bu cash and to pay the other half I had to go to another hotel and pay there, a little bit surrealist...
